Solution to Mail Storage Quota Alerts:
When you receive a quota alert email, first determine whether it is a Mailbox quota alert or an Online Archives Mailbox quota alert. Verify the storage quota and be wary of spam and phishing emails.

If you experience connectivity issues due to a storage space warning, you can temporarily access your email via Webmail.
1. Delete unnecessary emails: Promptly delete advertisements, notifications, and duplicate emails.
2. Retain important business emails: Keep contracts, approvals, client communications, and other documents for long-term storage.
3. Regularly clean up attachments: Delete large, expired attachments to free up email storage space.
4. Comply with company policies: Do not arbitrarily delete emails related to compliance, audits, or legal requirements.
5. Do not use your company email account to register for unrelated websites or apps to avoid receiving spam.
6. Unsubscribe from unnecessary subscriptions to reduce distractions.
