Please try to uninstall your OneDrive and install it again.

I found many Apple iPad has the same problem.
After login OneNote with Microsoft account, it will be in sync for a while and then out of sync.
I will submit Microsoft ticket to check.

I heard this solution from other team member. But it's just temporary solution. Next time, I can get trouble again. Can you check how can we avoid this issue. FYI, I already signed out one time and signed in. Now I have trouble again.
