OneDrive - OneDrive can't sync issue

  1. Check Storage Space
  • In OneDrive settings, check available cloud storage (Settings > Account). 
  • On your PC, ensure there’s enough disk space for OneDrive to process files 

  1. Ensure Files Are Not Open or In Use

  1. Pause and Resume Syncing
  • Right-click the OneDrive icon, select Pause syncing (choose 2 hours), wait a few minutes, then click Resume syncing

  1. Reset OneDrive
  • Press Windows + R, type %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset, and press Enter. 

  1. Re-link OneDrive Account 
  • Right-click the OneDrive icon, go to Settings > Account > Unlink this PC
  • Restart OneDrive and sign in again with your Microsoft account
