INCIDENT - Email sender change to group e-mail

As I know Outlook have a function to change sender (From) to other e-mail address instead of showing personal e-mail.  I've try to send testing e-mail but received error message as attached e-mail.

would you please help to check how to do the setting or need IT dept authorization first?

You will have to set up a delegation in the sender's Outlook setting first. Please follow the instructions on the page below.
