OneDrive - Cannot Open This File -- Make Sure OneDrive SA BUT International is running on your PC

Can't open files on one-drive

Answer:

1. Click on the OneDrive icon in the system tray (where your time shows) and then choose "Quit OneDrive".

2. Start it again from the Start Menu.

Note: If you cannot find the OneDrive icon, do step 2 directly. Sometimes you may have to do step 2 twice or even restart your computer.
