How to Use WeCom (Enterprise WeChat) on iPad

I. Can I use the same account on an Android tablet and a mobile phone?

No. You cannot use the same account on an Android tablet and a mobile phone. But you can log in to WeCom with the same account on both an Android tablet and a computer.

II. Can I use the same account on an iPad and a mobile phone?

When you log in to WeCom on an iPad, you can select “Login via WeChat”, “Login via Mobile Number”, or “Login on iPad and Phone”.

If “Login via WeChat” or “Login via Mobile Number” is selected, you cannot use the same account on an iPad and a mobile phone. But you can log in to WeCom with the same account on both the iPad and a computer.

If “Login on iPad and Phone” is selected, you can use the same account on both your iPad and mobile phone. But you cannot log in to WeCom with the same account on the iPad and a computer.
