How to Open Backup Office via a Browser

This page guides you on how to configure BackOffice to be opened in a browser. Note that this option is now available in both PROD and RECT.

1. Login to the portal. Click the gear icon on the top right. Select Account Settings.

2. Select Change Citrix Receiver.

3. Select Use light version.

4. Back Office will be opened in a new tab hereafter.
