Answer:
To print in color, first let IT Helpdesk check the permission of your account. Then make sure you have configured print settings properly.
When printing with Windows in-built apps such as Edge, Photo, and Snipping Tool, the print setting of apps is overwritten by the printer setting of Windows. You have to change Windows settings via Setting - Bluetooth & Devices - Printers & Scanners - Printer Preferences. (See picture below)
However, when printing with other apps such as Adobe, the pinter setting follows the settings of apps.
