INCIDENT - How to share large size file with external users.

My Excel still can't upload successfully, pls help me to see it. thanks!

The size limitation of attachments on Outlook is 30 MB for internal and 20 MB for external emails. For larger files, upload them to OneDrive and share them via a link. Here are the instructions to share a file with external users.

Using OneDrive web, locate the file and Copy link. 

Click the button below the link. 

Select the fourth option and input external users' email addresses.

Then paste the link into Outlook. It should turn into an icon like the one below.
