How to use OneDrive and share folder

Open the link of shared folder via Outlook.

Select the shared folder and Add shortcut to OneDrive.

Open the OneDrive Client and login with your email address.

You can see the OneDrive and click View online.

You can find the folder on your computer.

The green status means download and upload success.

You can fine the synchronous history and progress.

Also, you can right click and view the setting.

Check how much capacity you are using. Or reset the configuration by Unlink this PC.

Right click the folder you want to share.

You can share to someone internal by 1 or external by 2 and editing or not.

Input the name or email address and send it.
