With a Power BI Pro/Premium license assigned to your account, you are granted the privilege to contact the Microsoft Support team directly.
Step 1: Navigate to the Power BI support website and sign in using your Office 365 email account.
Step 2: Provide some preliminary information until the green arrow button becomes active.
Step 3: Respond to the subsequent questions until the "Next" button is enabled.
Step 4: Select the Fabric subscription and articulate your query in detail.
Step 5: Complete your contact information.

You will receive an email with a tracking ID. Microsoft agents will contact you either via email or phone shortly.
